Digital scales are a good example of how a seemingly small item can make a big difference.
The digital scales provide an accurate reading of the tea's weight and also record the farmers' names and farm location.
This transparency has built trust between farmers and the co-operative, encouraging them to sell more of their tea to EPK-OEP because of this trusting relationship.

That's a lot of tea baskets!
