We left to go back to Texas today, but turned around to go back to my parents' after finding out that we would go through nasty weather. So we ate BBQ at the Shed.

First day in NOLA for a photography convention and while walking around we spotted this guy walking his tiny donkey and tiny horse. I got to pet them. They were so cute! It was also my first day away from my Qin Qin for the first time. It was very, very nice. I love my baby, but dang, it was nice to have a break!

My husband's reading glasses. For years, he has bragged about his perfect vision and then one day last year, poof, he needed reading glasses. Seriously, it was like that....poof.

I thought I was feeling better, so I went to the grocery store today. Big mistake. I felt like a zombie with a shopping cart. Then later, I went into my girl's room find a photograph. Only, all I wanted to do was lie down. So that is what I did. And that is what I'm going to do.
