The new wooden walkway at Formby leads down to the beach.
The sun was setting as I took this, filling the sky with stunning colours.

Day 70 - Head Down To The Sunset

This new walkway leads down to Formby beach, this is the first time I had ever been there and its beautiful, it really didn't feel like we were stood in England.

The sunset makes the view even more inviting.

I think these walls actually look better with the bright, bold colours of the graffiti on them.
A shame they will soon be pulled down for good.

I saw this spot and thought that the water leading into the distance would make for a good photo, only to find that it was full of rubbish that people had discarded here.

Apparently its Valentines day today, judging by all the cheap cards and presents being thrust in our faces by the shops.
I feel its not this 1 day that is important to show someone you love them, more the other 365 (leap year remember).

Im not sure what this old factory in Croston was, it has been abandoned for a while anyway and is littered with rubbish from people exploring it.

A bit of light returned to it this evening.

2 exposures, one lighting up the walls with my speedlight off the camera and the second to show the wire spin.

The nice quiet village of Croston, only 1 train an hour stops here.
A bloody big freight train went through about 2.15am last night and woke me up, it wasn't very quiet then!
