This was the view from my cabin's balcony as we pulled away from the dock at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro,CA From here I sailed to Cabo San Lucas, Maztalan, and Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
My cabin was port-side. The ship in the front left is Royal Caribbean's Regent, and the ship behind her is the Golden Princess. That's the Vincent Thomas Bridge you see there as well.

Dedicated on April 30 2009, Cupertino opens the “Mary Avenue Bicycle Footbridge”, the first cable-stay bicycle pedestrian bridge over a California freeway. This bridge connects the north and the south sections of the Stevens Creek Trail.

I've driven under this bridge a countless number of times and never really looked at it before. I went out with 9 other photographers the other night to shoot this beautiful bridge in Cupertino,CA. Just a hop, skip, and a jump from my house.
