The Fish Keg

Mike Rohde posted a photo:

The primeval store from my childhood in Chicago's Roger's Park. Still there and making great fish.

Going onto the Fish Keg was like walking back in time. Fish Keg is the place where my neighborhood pals and I came to get freezy pops and gum all summer long.

Fish Keg is the place where my 70s Free Former plastic skateboard blew all of the ball bearings out and I picked up each one off the floor on a hot summer day.

It was so wonderful to see that the old neighborhood hasn't completely changed — especially a memorable landmark like the Fish Keg.

Photo Specs: Camera+ with Clarity and Nostalgia filters applied.
