My soon to be retired 50mm f1.8 lens. Just bought a new 50mm 1.4, should arrive soon.

Just thought it was time to get a bit better quality, and having that extra stop of light will really help with my photos.

Whats the point of working lots if i don't buy anything.

Another splash photo, taken using my new yongnuo flash triggers. So far very happy with them.

One 430ex II (diffused) flash placed to right hand side of drops, fired by the Yongnuo RF-603.

Thought it was about time I got better with strobist work. Got them very cheap of eBay, and so far pretty impressed. This is the 603 version, meaning they are interchangeable, and can be doubled up as a remote trigger. They were only around £17 online, will comment on what they are like in a few days.

The 22nd photo of the set. Pretty Slow shutter speed (1/10th) so had to really try and hold the camera still. Tough when its freezing.
