So, it was pouring down this morning, so we went back this evening to shoot a promo video for Rach and to grab a few shots. However, the sun disappeared behind the clouds before I got into the swing of things, so this is my best shot... Bit too much lens flare, but it'll do!

This old typewriter belongs to a colleague. It sits, dusty on the shelf with sentences written long again itched into the reel. The pangram "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" in red ink repeats itself in an eerie fashion... Imagine the stories tapped out on the keys, the words never read by anyone but the author...

So, finally the bluebells are out... The weather isn't great today, but I've been watching the wild flowers start to bloom and wanted to check out a place I had never been to before... It was pretty damn beautiful. We're going back for a sunrise early next week with the 6D + Lee Filters. Meanwhile, here's a fairytale iPhone shot :)

It was a strange walk down to the shore line, passing lambs and cats, farms and fields. At the start we found the entrance blocked by a group of ramblers, and navigates through, releasing the gate from one man's aggressive grip... Two fields down a commotion arose behind, and said gentleman had fallen and now found himself surrounded by concerned walkers... Strange and eerie, we hurried up the hill, cursing the steepness.

Yes, it's lamb season. No I didn't have the patience to wait till the sun appeared. Diffused, overcast light FTW!

A few fields back we saw a mother and her lamb just after giving birth. I didn't want to stress her out by moving closer, but it was a beautiful thing!
