Finally I got a chance to do photography at the Yau Ma Tei Fruit Wholesale Market. Don't go there if you want to buy an apple or two - its function is more as a place for distributors.

Even so, that doesn't mean you are 'safe' there. Right, I was being shout at for my shooting. We were quite apart from each other, I am sure I was not disturbing. He just didn't like it. Ironically, we were along the Waterloo Road, which is outside of the market, and supposedly, a public area. Anyway, it was THEIR area.

It's really a matter of relationship and guts to do photography. Relationship means it helps a lot if you know people there, while gut means you are not afraid of whatever situation happens there.
