So I went out to take a look. Back for my camera and after a couple of shots I settled on this one.<br /> <br /> The city men were making a big mess digging up the pavement at the corners of Wellington and Clarence streets on the 24th of January. They covered it up later in the day.<br /> <br /> They came back the next day and dug up a patch at the corner on Clarence and wellington Street.
