&lt;p&gt;This is a studio shot of some Snowdrops that are growing in my garden.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So in order to obtain this shot I dug up a square of border and brought it inside, taking care to dig deep enough so that the tubers were not damaged.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Once inside I lit it with a single flagged flashgun on 1/16 power subject left and used my trusty 50mm Nikon f1.8 prime lens with a 4x Hoya magnifying filter to get in really close.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Finally I sprayed some water onto the flowers that had really opened up with the indoor heat.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I hope you all like the result.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
