This praying mantis visited my home garden and stayed in our oliander tree for two days.
Praying mantis is also called as mantid.. Mantids are carnivores that kill and eat other insects and creatures. Mantises live in shrubs, grass and trees where they can hide from predators.
Praying mantis is different from stick insect or walking stick or leaf insect.Both walking sticks and praying mantises use camouflage to hide from predators and blend into their environments.
