This was the best of the silhouette pictures from Monday. The sky was just gorgeous with those wispy clouds. I was trying for a good one of the bull but he kept walking up to me to see why I wasn't scritching his back and I was trying not to get run over because the 2 crazy horses decided to play right next me which was freaking out the calves (and rightly so).

They got moved out to a small pasture. You can see that they've settled in just fine. Sally is in heat (already) and needs to stay away from the bull for a couple of months.

I was feeding her handfuls of grass. Not that she doesn't have grass in where she's at, but this was better grass because it was outside of the fence.

10 days old and guess who has an attitude already? Once they're a few days old they start zipping around the pasture investigating things (like people with cameras) and then take off with their tails straight up in the air. It's kind of funny watching their older mothers try to keep track of them.

The evening that I was taking pictures Sally was keeping an eye on me because she has a calf (who is a week old today) in with the sheep. Since I was down on the ground and not moving she thought I was a suspicious being. This is her "don't mess with my baby" look.
