The waterfall and stone dam on Factory Creek that provides the water to power Falls Mill near Belvidere, Tennessee. Falls Mill is a grist mill that was built in 1873 as a cotton and wool factory and uses the water from Factory Creek to power the water wheel. It was later converted to a cotton gin. Today the 32 foot water wheel powers millstones that make cornmeal, flour and grits for purchase.
