Not quite 99 red-balloons (which would have been flippin cool) but red nonetheless.

This is why
1) I need to take a packed lunch to work
2) Should not venture into the City when the sales are on at lunchtime.

I couldn't decide- to heel or not to heel, that was the question....so I did both. And Denise bought a pair of the heels too :)
How amazing are both these shoes in their own way! I LOVE the heels- the cute bow and peep toe.....but the flats, with cut out, ribbon and cute hearts!

After spending up, it was a bag of crisps for dinner, at this rate I will be half the size but look fabulous :)

My 18-55 lense finally died tonight so my next few uploads might be a bit different, with my 70-300.

This will probably be the lamest description ever.
Haven't much time. I like this because it contains the date of the day.
And there are hearts :)
I also love grey and pink together, I toyed with the idea of shooting Sakura against the grey rainy sky today but the opportunity never really arose.
Shot in RAW again, I will be reading all about this at the weekend- I decided.

Must sleep- up in 5 hours for the elections.....

So, today is ♥ Powerful Pink Tuesday ♥ :)
I've been trying to work out how to shoot this for a couple of weeks, its a chocolate lolly! Marks & Spencer are selling them for Valentines Day (at inflated prices) but I couldn't resist!

Initially I was thinking about some sort of self portrait but it wasn't really working.
I'm thinking the colour on this is maybe a little too pink (kind of orangey) but its growing on me. Its really tricky to light chocolate...you have to be quick to avoid total melt downs.

I'm enjoying the challenge of this week, I've realised how easy it is to photograph as a visual journal which has been my approach thus far. Photographing within the constraints of rules has made me think about how it must be to photograph within the boundaries of a client, expectations of both customer and supplier.

I just realised, this is my first self portrait, and the first decent photograph of my tattoos :) And I don't really like feet at all, so its strange I picked this.

I kind of like this, I took this in my bedroom, I have recently redecorated- I didn't set out to, it just sort of happened. I repainted over the wallpaper- you can still see the hearts which I like.
I was going to move the coconut moisturiser tub but I thought it gave a nice shape to the photograph. I also like the rain on the window.

This is pretty much SOOC apart from 2 minor retouches to the wallpaper :)
