This is another early morning shot. While I was under the bridge, I saw a number of homeless people taking shelter there for the night. The only thing I could think of was the song Under The Bridge, by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

I was driving home from Nashville today when I passed this field of Black Mustard (Brassica nigra). Its contrast against the blue sky made me immediately pull off I-65 and grab my camera. I am sure I looked foolish jumping a barbed wire fence in my suit, to all the passerby's but I had to grab a shot of this landscape.

Keeneland is unique in that it is both a Thoroughbred racetrack and an auction company in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. Operated by the Keeneland Association, Inc., it is also known for its reference library on the sport, which contains more than 10,000 volumes, an extensive videocassette collection, and a substantial assemblage of photo negatives and newspaper clippings.

In 2009, the Horseplayers Association of North America introduced a rating system for 65 Thoroughbred racetracks in North America. Keeneland was ranked #1 of the top ten tracks. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
