It's really hard getting a shot of these facing the camera. The best I could manage most of the time were side-on shots like this.

Jim and I found a number of these cryptic little fish. I think four in total over the course of our trip. I'm not really satisfied with any of my shots of it actually. That strand of algae obscuring it's illicium really annoys me, and the framing could be much better, so this is just a record shot. Still, the urge to do better is what keeps us going :)

Spotted by Jim on our second dive at Edithburgh Jetty during our South Australia underwater photography road trip. What a great dive site, and what a great trip! The company was good, the water was warm, the critters were abundant, and the jetties were AMAZING dives! We WILL do another underwater photography road trip. The embryo of an idea is forming for an epic one. Interested?
