It does get pretty boring waiting for the bus and since this new bus station has automatic doors that are always open you may as well stand outside...so I did :oD

I do like the way towns and cities look at right when the lights are lighting up the old buildings and sun is setting behind them. It sort of makes you forget that during the day the streets aren't all that pretty hehe :oP

Someone put it in my head to do another video of some sort and stick it up here, something to do with liking the accent....I didn't know I had an accent. Anyway I'm still pondering whether to do it and what to do if I was to do it. Hmmm time for some deep thought :o)

1. Were you named after anyone? I am Thomas the sixth or seven so I'm named after a few people.

2. When was the last time you cried? Oh I don't cry I punch the wall in a manly fashion.

3. Do You Like Your Handwriting? Yes, though it is a bit swirly so sometimes even I don't know what I wrote.

4. What’s your favorite lunch meat? Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spam Spamity Spam....well not really but any excuse to sing the Spam song.

5. Do you have kids? Noooo, I have two neices who have put me off the idea hehe

6. If you were another person, would you be friends with you? Why yes, I am fairly awesome after all.

7. Do you use sarcasm a lot? It is the lowest form of wit so of course it's my favourite kind.

8. Do you still have your tonsils? No, I swapped them for some jelly and ice cream.

9. Would you bungee jump? Not even if God came down from the heavens and commanded it.

10. What’s your favorite cereal? The one with the best free gift.

11. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off? I wear boots so it's kind of a must.

12. Do you think you are strong? Smelling? Oh yes. Not sure about the physical side. I can lift my arse out of bed in the morning and that takes quite a feat of strength.

13. What is your favorite ice cream? Strawberry..mmmm

14. What is the first thing you notice about people? What they look like. Unless it's a meeting of minds online then it would be their keyboard skills.

15. Red or pink? Red, it matches my eyes.

16. What is the least favorite thing about yourself? What's not to love, I am awesomely perfect, handsome and smell nice...oh I may be a little bit delusional.

17. Who do you miss the most? The size Wagon Wheels used to be. I can shove a whole one in my mouth now. They used to be at least two bites.

18. What color shoes are you wearing? My Tan falling to bits boots.

19. What was the last thing you ate? A Kiwi...the fruit not the New Zealander.

20. What are you listening to right now? The telly. It's This Week discussing political stuff.

21. If you were a crayon, what color would you be? A bright, luminous grey.

22. Favorite smells? Night time. Not city nigh time but out in the country and rural areas. It does have a smell...honest...I'm not mental.

23. Who was the last person you talked to on the phone? Someone called David looking for my brother.

24. Hair color? I'm not quite sure. It used to be blonde but has turned a kind of reddish colour. Soon I'm be a complete red head...no hair just a red head.

25. Eye color? Blue.

26. Do you wear contacts? Nah, I'm sticking to spectacles. At least till laser eye surgery becomes completely free and proven safe.

27. Favorite food? Chinese and Cakes.

28. Scary movies or happy endings? Scary movies can have happy ending.

29. Last movie you watched? Um I forgot. So it couldn't have been that memorable.

30. What color shirt are you wearing? Blue and White with Scotland across the front to remind me where I live.

31. Summer or Winter? Winter, the night skies are always brighter and when it snows my garden looks as good as everyone elses.

32. Hugs or kisses? That should be hugs and kissed or maybe cuddles and snogs.

33. Favorite dessert? I can't pick just one, the favourite is the one that I'm looking forward to after the dinner.

34. What book are you reading now? I've got quite a few going that I haven't finished. But The Call of Cthulhu by HP Lovecraft is on my bedside cabinet.

35. What’s on your mouse-pad? Nothing, it's a plain black one.

36. What did you watch on TV last night? I watched The Secret Policeman's Ball that I recorded on the weekend...it was dire.

37. Favorite sound? Ummm nothing comes to mind.

38. Rolling Stones or Beatles? Beatles

39. What’s the farthest you have been from home? Oslo way over in Norway.

40. Do you have a special talent? I don't think so. I can juggle a bit.

41. Where were you born? About 5 miles from here.

I've got a load of lavender between my roses to keep away the greenfly. It seems to be doing the job and it smells nice too.

Lavender is good for getting you off to sleep but remember that you're only supposed to smell it....no eating :oP

Don't you just hate it when you find yourself a pretty photo but the light is low and there's you just know it'll be noisy if you up the ISO. Ah well sometimes you just have to snap away anyway and hope it comes out all right which I think this one did. I even resisted the urge to play about with it in photoshop.

I almost forgot to post these today. I was busy playing with my playlist on playlist.com. I'm not sure if anyone listens to it on my facebook or myspace pages but I still find it handy when I need to soothe the little voices :oP

I headed down to the water in Torryburn this evening to take a few long exposures. It felt like the rain was getting ready to pour so I didn't get to stay out as long as I wanted.

It's not easy to get the focus right on these things when taking photos at night. I'll have to practise a bit more if the weather stays dry :o)

I was wandering about the garden today taking photos of bits and pieces and things and plants. It was a pleasantly sunny evening. It almost seemed like summer.

I've been in a bit of a black and white mood lately. I'm having one of those moments where I think everything looks better in black and white. It got me in the mood to watch a couple of old films.

At the moments I'm watching "A Hard Days Night" which I highly recommend. It is funny and the music isn't bad too hehe.

The other one I watched was "Road to Utopia". It's my favourite of the Road to films. It's got some of the best lines. If it's on telly you should take a look :o)

Some home grown Roses for everyone out there who deserves some prettyish flowers....just the photo though. I don't want anyone sneaking into my garden in the middle of the night and pinching them. My bedroom window is right about my flower bed and I'm always ready to pounce :oD

Tis the season to watch kids try to pinch apples from the neighbours tree. They'll be pretty disappointed when they bite into them and find they're cooking apples.

I was quite surprised to hear that this tree grew from a couple of little pips form someones apple. They planeted it about 40 years ago and it's quite huge now :o)

Now don't get offended by the choice of title. That's what these little birdies are called by all the Dockyard workers where my Dad works. If you parked your car there for a little while you'd find out why they earned their title.

This one seemed to be happy to sit up there and watch what was going on. I don't blame it for not wanting to go out to sea, you couldn't actually see the sea.

It was so misty and hazy that all you'd see in the sea was a wall of white. Though it was increadibly toast hot, I got burned a bit :o(

I was up in Elie on Saturday and decided that I should stop being lazy and give the RAW setting on my camera a go. I do like the ease and small file size of Jpegs but I do see the usefulness of the RAW file.

I had my three year old neice with me when I was taking photos. I said I was going to take photos of the lighthouse and she heard me and decided she was coming too. I ended up carrying her some of the way back to the beach. I had to promise her an ice cream to get her to walk, it was good ice cream though...strawberry :o)
