I've finally edited all the photos for the first wedding shoot I did. This was for Chris and Anna, who I thought had the nicer ceremony. Much smaller, more comforting, and most of all not catholic :P not that I have anything wrong with catholics, but being in church, taking photos of a catholic wedding kinda sets my teeth on edge.

This was my first time working with RAW images, and I found it so much easier to edit, and the overal quality of the pictures were so much better. I will totally be working in RAW from now on.

So for the past couple days, I've been in London. I wasn't supposed to be home till later this evening, but instead of waiting to be picked up, me and my sister got the train home instead.

anyway, we were at my nan's from tuesday evening till this morning. And i'm telling you now, it was seriously hellish. We had this really nice boat trip along the Thames, but that was the best thing about the trip really. I like London, but I can tell you there is no way in hell that I could live there. I couldn't stand the absolute hectic-ness. Everything is so rushed and fast paced! There is little room for error. Still it's nice to go for a day trip...if you go to the right places.

The boat trip was paid for by my nan's new boyfriend, John, who had something to do with the Thames which is how we got onto the boat. It was super posh. But afterwards, we were debating on what to do next - the original plan being on going to see a film. But me and Lauren decided we wanted to experience more of London, to go shopping. So off we went to Sloane Square, the poshest of the posh shopping areas in London. But instead of going shopping...we went to some special forces gentlemans club, which was old person central. they let us go off to Harrods, but that was so depressing because everything was so damn expensive. I would have much preffered exploring smaller boutiques, perhaps going to Camden Market. Going to Harrods made me want to be rich! The clothes were beautiful. But unecessarily pricey.

Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by refusal to maintain a healthy body weight, and an obsessive fear of gaining weight due to a distorted self image which may be maintained by various cognitive biases that alter how the affected individual evaluates and thinks about their body, food and eating. AN is a serious mental illness with a high incidence of comorbidity and also the highest mortality rate of any psychiatric disorder.

No, i'm not Anorexic. But pretty damned close. I do have a fear of gaining weight, but not severe enough to make me lose anymore. Like i mentioned in an earlier photo, i have a phobia of food, because of childhood illnesses. Though i'm much better than i was, thankfully.
I thought the concept of this photo was cool, because most anorexia photo have a tape measure wrapped around the body. So i thought 'Why not the throat?' this photo could represent being 'strangled' by Anorexia, but since I am pulling the tape measure, I am strangling myself. Killing myself. Only hypothetically, of course.

Mum saw this photo and told me to go eat cake. I do eat cake. I love cake :D this is called breathing in! duhh.

I well like my hair in this, looks so long :D Though I'm still gonna get it cut short, eventually. Easier to manage.
So today I'm doing bug all. Looking after my neice, then going to work later. Thrilling! ahaa.

I really want a new camera. A Canon EOS 5D mark II to be precise. But unfortuantely I don't have £1500 to hand...So I'm going to have to stick with my baby EOS 350D.

3) I'm currently reading The Women of the Otherworld series by Kelley Armstrong. It is so freaking good. Elena, the only female werewolf, is bloody epic :D
4) Really should be tidying up.
5) Has been comissioned to do some laptop cover design for the school, but i can't be assed. I was supposed to go in to see my teacher today, but i completely forgot, and never did the edits. I will soon.
6) Is gutted that I have to work tonight, and am missing a BBQ with all my old school friends.
7) The leavers tea thing is tomorrow, so i have to say goodbye to all the people at sixth form too. That'll be sad.
