The initial instinctual implications of this diagram may be untrue. It may be said that a blur is more clear than that which is sharp. It may be said that sharpness might be fuzzy in nature, or dreamlike.
For example, the more blurry a thing becomes, the more simple it becomes. The more simple a thing becomes, the more easily defined it is. The more easily defined it is, the clearer it is and the more easily it is understood, leading us to feel it is sharper.
Therefore, what we traditionally see, feel or think of as 'sharp' or 'defined' or 'understood' may in fact be a blurring or obscurification, making it easier to see a very small part of an infinitely complex whole.

I'm fascinated by the text layout on this sign. I would have put 'blame and' on the same line, then 'punish the' on the next line, and then 'individual' on the last line. And I would have centered it all, but I like to center things. I also would have considered adding a smiley face.
