Whilst I was trying to capture the commotion outside Delhi's Chawri Bazar Metro station, this young Indian man, an artist, came over to chat. He was keen to help me and agreed to stand as still as possible whilst I tried to snap the motion behind him. There wasn't anywhere suitable to put the camera down so I had to hand-hold this one, bracing the camera against my body as best as possible. I think the artist did a better job of standing still than I did holding the camera, but at this size it still looks ok.

I had to crop the bottom of the picture because a goat wandered in to the scene during the exposure. No, really!

This gentleman in Delhi's Sadar Bazar market spotted me lurking with my Nikon D300 but wasn't bothered about being photographed. He just carried on smoking and reading, looking utterly contented.
