the intent of doing some night shots and to take advantage of the mild temps we've been getting here in Chicago...i got into the city at about 7pm and as soon as i found a parking spot, started feeling kind of nauseated accompanied with headaches...after waiting a bit, i decided to just head on back home and ended up with no shots from last night...so i decided to head back down this morning a bit earlier to pick up my wife at her workplace and got in the city at around 6am...it was pretty warm for a January morning in Chicago, about 43 degress with a light wind blowing...as i got to the DuSable Bridge along Michigan Avenue, this scene was starting to unfold right before my eyes...set up my gear quickly and used my 10stop ND filter to do my long exposures...and as i was shooting, people were actually stopping at the bridge and got their cellphones out to capture this beautiful sunrise...decided to apply some HDR postwork here to recover the details in the buildings that were
