This photo was captured during my outing with Buyie in Melaka recently for Persidangan Pengetua-pengetua Maahad Tahfiz Peringkat Kebangsaan

Canon EOS 500D + Kitlens + 580EX ii with diffuser:
ISO100, f/20, 30 sec at 18mm.
Flash fired manually at 1/1 from 5 different angle.

Photoshop CS3:
- Unsharpen Mask at amount 55% with 2.5px radius,
- "S" Curves adjustment,
- Noiseware filter to reduce noise using Night Scene setting,
- Frame and watermark editing.

Trial: Lime Splash

This shot was taken with the assistance of Mr.Buyie =)

Yeah! We know this is a boring shot. And we know a lot of people have done this before. We weren't even sure how to do it but finally figured it out. It took us about 50 shots to get it just right.

For this shot, my 580 EXII speedlite was used as a master on Buyie's 40D, while Buyie's 430EXII was used as a slave, put at the left side of the glass, and point it straight to the glass.

We used a black-coloured briefcase for the backround and a a piece of glass for the base.

A credit to Bro. Azli and Bro. Emran for the info of strobist setting.

Kalau ada kelapangan, jemputlah join outing ke Darul Quran bersama
ahli² forum FOTOGRAFIKR pada 04 April (hari Sabtu) akan datang. Mereka akan mengadakan sesi fotografi landskap pada hari tersebut, ada yang akan datang seawal pagi (solat Subuh di Masjid DQ) untuk mengejar sunrise, dan ada juga yang akan hadir pada sesi petang (selepas Asar) dengan motif yang sama;
...dan mencari momen sunset.
