Quoi de mieux pour commencer la nouvelle année qu'une visite à mes amies, les épaves. Il est bien urgent de les admirer car elles sont en triste état, l'une d'elles ne montre plus que de courtes membrures. Si la vieillesse est un naufrage, elles ont dépassé ce stade et s'effondrent doucement , mangées par la mer. Ce matin là, un joli bateau de pêche les a rejointes , il semble si fringant dans son habit rouge à côté d'elles. Alors, comme il est de saison de formuler des vœux : que son sort soit plus enviable, qu'il soit restauré et entretenu .

Bon , il faisait froid les pieds dans la neige et la tête sous la pluie mais seule, sans humains parasitant la photo c'était tellement plus facile, pas besoin d'attendre. J'en ai profité pour travailler un peu les cadrages, enfin j'ai essayé !

Pas facile de photographier un tel monument en évitant LA carte postale habituelle , j'ai tenté l'exercice. Voici deux essais avec le même angle ou presque.
Ceux qui me connaissent ne seront pas surpris de mon choix ! ;-))

Après les vent violents et la pluie intense lors de notre traversée des Highlands, c'était un grand plaisir de profiter de la quiétude de ce petit port. La météo y est si clémente que des palmiers poussent auprès du port alors que nous sommes ici à la même latitude que la Norvège.

After the violent wind and heavy rain during our crossing of the Highlands, it was a pleasure to enjoy the tranquility of this small village. The weather is so mild that palm trees grow near the port whereas we are here at the same latitude as Norway.
