I've been MIA over 2 months now. I just simply couldn't bring myself to be creative and online. I'm sorry to all my contacts who were always so supportive of me. I will get back here and I have tons of your pictures to go through. Though it might take a while for me to go through them all.

Nothing major happened in my life, I just felt bleh and down and lazy. In the time I haven't been here I have been to South Korea, Indonesia and Australia. I took some pictures, but not as many and only few I really like. I will share them in the upcoming weeks.

I visited my friend Jon in Perth, Australia and I played in his studio and created few self artistic nudes of which I'm quite proud, so I think I'm going to share them too, but I'm being a bit shy about it. I know it sounds weird coming from my mouth, but it is true :)

This picture has been taken in Fremantle, Australia, there were some nice sculptures on the beach and this is close up of them.

I think I'm coming out of the hibernation. I'm back in KL. This is waterfall near Kuala Lumpur, had a great there yesterday. Not your regular Christmas, I give you that :)

There are many news in my life, some are older news, but I just haven't shared them, it is all too personal and I'm not going to share it with all people to see, so if anyone is interested you can ask me through flickr mail. I'm fine with telling my friends here, I just don't want every person coming to my stream to read about it.

Oh and I got myself a new camera, changed my Pentax K7 for Pentax K5

This little Laos baby girl used my trousers as a napkin to clean her sticky fingers from Cheesy crisps. :)
This is taken on the road between Phonsavan and Luang Prabang in Laos.

I'm still lazy, I haven't got around to sort anything, write anything new. Just bear with me please, there just are times like these :)

I know I'm really slacking with the updates, I just couldn't force myself to do anything. But now the first blog post about my recent travels is up. It is about Vietnam. So check it out.

All these pictures were taken in Angkor Wat in Cambodia. The place is amazing. It makes you feel like you are in some sort of videogame or fantasy movie, hence the silly pose at the first picture in comments with the iconic view of Angkor Wat behind me :)

I will try to get back to the regular posting now. I promise :)

All these photos were made using a friend of mine as a living tripod sometime he even made his own composition decisions. A tripod with an A.I. :)

Hi there all of you,
I am back from the holidays and behind posting. Also behind visiting your streams. I'll get to it later today. I got home 4 days ago, but wasn't able to do anything because I had aggravated cold and still had to go to work for my 7 days shift, I'm in the middle of it now and starting to get better. I thought I'd die the first 3 days sneezing, runny nose, cough while being on 12 hours shift.

This picture was taken in Thailand in town of Lop Buri in San Phra Kan also known as monkey temple, you can see why. It started with just one, but in comments you see it didn't stay at just one, you can see clearly just tree, but there is a fourth one on my left leg and another one that is on my left side, but is not visible at all on the shot. They also stole my mothers glasses from her very face, thankfully we got them back, there are pictures coming. I was shooting pictures of my mum with the monkeys when suddenly my mum yelled: "they stole my glasess!" I stopped shooting and went after the monkey who then dropped them. I found out that I have pictures of the act later when I was going through the shots :)

I will start another set of uploads to continue with my travel memories project, but probably in a form of 52 weeks or 100 pictures, I don't want to do any 365 at the moment. I started a blog, I have just 2 random entries in it so far, but I will do several post on my traveling experience. I will start with the recent trips, I think it will be useful for other travelers as there will be info on crossing borders by bus and so on. The blog is to be found here

The reason why I disappeared from flickr and wasn't commenting on your photos is I am on 3 weeks Asia hopping with my mum. I have internet access time to time in the hostels, but I spend entire days running about. I'm having breakfast right now in the lovely town of Luang Prabang in Laos. After the breakfast I'm off to waterfalls, budha caves and elephant sanctuary.

This photo was taken 2 days ago while visiting Plain of Jars in Phonsavan, Laos. Those are huge stone jars dated about 500BC, it is not entirely clear what were they used for, but because you can find several lids for them, it is assumed that they were used for brewing beer or making wine or spirit. There are thousands of these around, so they must have been drunk all year long :)
Next week I'll be in Thailand and Cambodia, I will post something from there. I'll return to your streams in the mid October. I hope all is well with you.

Another year bites the dust... :)
But last one for now. 3 years of self portraits have been enough for the time being. I will take a break for few weeks now and return with another 365 of travel memories and then maybe I will add 52 weeks of self portraits.
It has been a crazy year, and it had awesome ending, when I traveled to meet my awesome flickr friends, I have to do that more often :) All you guys rock! Thank you for everything.

I'm sorry I disappeared so suddenly, but I was taken to a hospital where I spent whole last week. Among other things, like bad back and vasovagal syncope, they also found water in my lungs. I'm home now, eating tons of pills. I'll be fine, don't worry.
There was no internet so I couldn't continue with my uploads. I will finish what I have till the end of 365, I have all pictures for it selected and processed, but then I will take some time off.

Day 349 Year3 of Project365 taken in Detroit inside of an old Packard Plant which is a whole abandoned city inside a city. I should have met with brianday too, but he mixed the dates and was in Chicago when I was in Detroit, so I at least made his pose for selfportrait, but he still has a minus point in my book :)
