They are confronted with a with 40% salary cut if they have not been fired, Sales tax has increased to 23%, property tax &amp; Heating oil tax is introduced. Healthcare budgets are minus 40% and results in lack of staff &amp; medicine in hospitals. Unemployement under young people is 40%.
