Abandoned Buick in rural Ontario. A favourite local spot visited a dozen times by me. This time we were confronted by some uneasy hillbillies confused as to what were were doing on this property in the vicinity of an active search for a missing man. After talking them down they relaxed & realized we were not involved with the crime but actually just photographers.

Inside an abandoned asylum from the chronic insane. Actually not shaky but the floors here were the worst I've ever seen. You can see how it's slightly sagging in the middle of the corridor. This is because below are tunnels & in several areas of this building they've collapsed.

Inside an abandoned tractor factory. At one point it was the largest tractor/combine factory in the world & boasted the highest paying warehouse jobs in Canada. When you're on top there is only one direction you can go. After 25 years sitting abandoned & decaying the city is demolishing it. Unfortunately nothing from this historic site will be preserved due to years of neglect nothing is salvageable.

Built in 1911 to accommodate the overwhelming number of students arriving each day with their parents who were in search of work at Henry Ford's Model T plant. Several additions were later built including a gymnasium, pool, cafetorium & library. Like other schools in the area, enrollment numbers declined which the school was unable to recover from & was eventually closed in the late 90's.

Inside an abandoned tractor factory. I've visited this location 6 times & only recently due to demolition was I able to access this building. I'm glad I had the chance to explore virtually all 40 acres of factory buildings of this location.

Inside an abandoned mansion that is slowly being demolished. This place is 32,000 square feet! It has 17 bathroom & was originally listed for sale at $45,000,000 but sold for $35,000,000. It is being demolished to make way for 30 condos that range in price from $3,595,000 to $6,995,000. As of today there is still 15 condos available so if you have several million dollars to spare one could be yours!
