This vehicle is apparently from some individuals from Lodi, California.

I have seen this car before at other venues, including the 2010 Concorso Italiano and the 2010 Concours d'Lemons.

I can't tell for certain, but I think this might be the 1953 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce.
