This house was moved and placed here in the Nature park and restored. It is now the Welcome Center for the park.

Old structures along a currently rural road in Central Florida.

This man was disassembling the front porch of this old house that his mother grew up in. He was going to tear down the house.

Faith Baptist Church Moselle, MO

The town had a depot of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway, and was a shipping point for the Moselle Iron Works, located about a mile southeast, on the banks of the Meramec River. The Moselle Iron Furnace Stack, active 1825-1849, is on the National Register of Historic Places.

It is now largely abandoned.

Scanned in. Moselle is largely abandoned and in 2005 it could almost be called a ghost town.

This old house was up on a steep hill in the nearly-abandoned town of Moselle. I had a mini van full of family and a few not-to-friendly residents nearby. I did not venture further.
