Following discussion at a recent critique night, I joined Patrick on Section 3 of the Guelph Radial Trail on Saturday morning. I admire his skill at crafting images from the busy landscape in the woods. This image needed a little coaxing to bring out the feel of the location while snow gently fell as I crept out onto the thin ice of Blue Springs Creek.

I admire his skill at crafting images from the busy landscape in the woods. I'm not happy with my attempts to do the same, but this is a start ... and it has to start somewhere.
