Halloween Parade at La Cittadella
31 October, Halloween - The ghouls walk the streets of Kawasaki. Not just monsters and ghosts, but witches and mummies, Spiderman and Masked Rider as well. Halloween is perhaps the third most commercialized festivity in Japan, after Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Look, our "friend's" here! (Pun intended) Tomodachi! For those who haven't heard of the manga/movie "20th Century Boys", this character is known as "Friend" or "Tomodachi" in Japanese. In the story, he's an antagonist bent on taking over the world. The napkin over the face thingy works exactly the same way as batman's mask and his cape - it gives him a sense of enigma.
