A motive I really wanted to post here in flickr. This idea was in my mind for a long time and I am glad now I could realize it. This is the metro station Berlin Alexanderplatz. I came with the U5 which is now driving back to Hönow.

Last weekend my girlfriend and I visited the Alexa shopping centre in Berlin Alexanderplatz. We got some new stuff and ate some chinese food, which is very delicious. Captured with my Sigma 8-16mm. In the back you can see the TV Tower.

Wow, this was one of my hardest jobs on Photoshop, Lightroom and Photomatrix.
At first I had some really hard issues with the image quality in Photomatrix. And than I had trouble with missing RAM in Photoshop, because the *.tiff file was huge as hell. Well, all in all I have sweaty hands.

This photo is made out of 12 photos, every HDR has 4, the Panorama is made out of 3 HDRs. I just had to do a Panorama because 18 mm focal length is not enough for wide angle shots here. After doing all the work I really like the photo, wheter I know that this is far away from perfect. Maybe you like it, too.

The quality at the sky is this bad because it's a *.jpeg. Don't mind, it's better in *.tiff!

Hier habe ich mit den Belichtungszeiten gespielt. Zufällig fuhr dann genau ein Bus vor meine Linse; aber es passt ganz gut ins Bild.

I don't like to call my photos "snapshots", but this time it simply was a snapshot with my pol filter on my lens. This motive is very well known and I guess one of the famoust of Berlin.

During post processing I added contrast and increased the saturation of the colors blue, yellow and orange. I hope you like it!

One evening I went out to take some pictures. Unfortunately it was so foggy outside that I couldn't shot a lot photos. This one seems black in the sky but it's only the post processing. A lot of motives couldn't be done by me because of the fog.

I love the big cinema at Alexanderplatz. And the best thing is I can travel by train directly in front of the cinema. The U5 takes me from my quarter to the center of Berlin, which is just fantastic. I love this town. Here another photo of this scene.
