Hard to tell, but the people in the distance are homeless, their possessions piled around them in garbage bags and grocery carts.

The Toy District of downtown LA (it's on the edge of Skid Row).

The 4th St bridge in downtown L.A. The little bench areas sometimes house homeless people. There are also parts of this bridge that are occasionally used as toilets--man it stinks.

This was taken outside a McDonald's in the Fashion District of downtown L.A. Wish I'd had the right camera/film to take a picture of the sign...actually I may have and just haven't developed it yet.
