Spanish Bluebell

Some of the many many Spanish Bluebells or Wood Hyacinth that grow in my yard.
These things are indestructable, and spread like crazy!!
They look so pretty in May when they're all blooming, but you have to take care of all the spent blossoms and leaves afterward or it looks plain messy!

I'm uploading early because I have another photo session this morning.
And this evening I go to a Mariner baseball game with my daughters....girls night out!

Yay, finally I can upload something to fit into a Whispery White Wednesday theme . This week is white with lilac, and it just so happens I have a hydrangea.
How about that!

These are Coral Bells or Heuchera from my yard. They are such a cool perennial, never failing me. Tall wispy spikes of flowers that seem to just float on the air!
I have a big clump right outside my back door, so can easily enjoy them. They last a long time, but too bad they don't have a fragrance!

Two together, the "dinner plate" sized dahlias. I should have had someone hold their hand up next to this, so you could see how big this really was!
