Steps to a passageway around the underworld of Piccadilly Gardens. Just after I took this a steward came round the corner and sat back on his chair..

I'm doubting this is an entrance to the Guardian Exchange; As my better half told me, this is probably access to the fountain controls, which were used when the jugglers were on.
