This sunrise was followed by an all-day snowstorm. Dashed outside in cotton pajamas and bare feet to catch the light before it faded. Temperature minus 20 with windchill. Brrr! After a few minutes the WB went crazy, posibly due to cold. Four shots in the series. This one and the previous are WB corrected, otherwise unprocessed. First two here and here are jpegs straight from the camera, no processing. #P2120201

Newly restored Victorian mansion, now a convent. The brickwork is rather dramatically over-exposed. I think I like the effect, though use of iso50 has unfortunately blown out the colour of the lighter bricks. Best seen at large size: View On Black. Toronto downtown. #SDIM1288
